the love of my life is overseas in afghanistan. though he is the romantic type, we were not able to have a proper 'courtship' because of distance.
now, here i am, engaged with no ring and wondering the proper way to notify. i wouldnt mind waiting to make a formal announcement until he gets home. but we will wed a week afterwards!
