Feeling so burnt out with long-distance wedding planning

I need a sympathetic ear.  I'm so tired of trying to organize a San Francisco wedding living in Washington, DC with my fiance living in Boston.  A couple of events just trigged the waterworks for me.

I just got back from the holidays in San Francisco, and I didn't finish all the wedding planning I had to do.  That was supposed to be my last trip before the wedding.  I can't afford to take off more time from work to go back, and my FI is constrained with school.  Now my FI is trying to convince me to fly back for one day in March just to get our marriage license.  That would mean missing law school admit weekend at a school I'm seriously thinking about attending.  If we were to go for one day to SF, that's the only time my FI can go.  It would also cost $600 for both of us roundtrip!  As for alternatives, it would be too risky to do it right before the wedding, as my FI has finals and if we're missing some important paper, we don't get married.  Aagg!

I'm frustrated because I never wanted to organize a wedding from the opposite coast, but it was the choice of my parents who are paying.  Is anyone going through crazy stuff like this?  How do you stay sane?
