Newly Engaged Undergrad!

Just wanted to say hey to all the other undergrads! What are you guys studying? I'm majoring in Theatre Design and Technology to design hair/makeup for theater productions. I'm also minoring in Dance. But I'm taking this next year off to get my cosmetology license! I'm getting married in the middle of school, next summer! What about you guys?

I'm an undergrad for only another month.. sooo psyched. lol Business management major with a minor in international business. I'm ready to graduate. 

We're not getting married till 2013 though.

I'm majoring in English and after this semester, I have 3 left, so looking at graduating in Decemeber 2012 but our wedding date is March 17th, 2012.

I'm an undergrad studying business marketing. I'm a second semester junior, but I'll be graduating a little late thanks to my bad idea to transfer. I'm getting married next December, after I'm done.

I'm majoring in Communication Theory and my minor is Anthropology. I'm graduating in the fall and I'm super excited. We haven't decided when we are getting married yet, but probably after we are both done with our undergrad.

I'm a secondary social studies education major and I will be graduating December 2012. My wedding is 12/22/12. FI graduated last summer with a degree in Poli Sci and is currently looking for a job.

I am a post-bacc student in my second undergrad.  First time I had to finish up school taking an online program due to some health issues and the only option was "General Studies."  So now I have gone back to school to get my degree in dietetics.  I won't graduate until May 2013 and then have an internship/masters program after that, but we will be getting married in May 2012.

Um, ya I hear ya on that one. I  transferred not one... but three times!! Wow that screwed up my credits!! Somehow I'm still managing to graduate in Dec....dont know how!

Anyway, hi! I am getting my BA in psychology. After December, I am taking a year off to work and then I want to get a masters in counseling psychology. I want to be a counselor at a college or high school. My FI and I are getting married this July! So close!

I graduated last summer from surgical technology . got engaged March 29 and not getting married until may 2012.  I was a wedding planner in Paris before I decided to move to Baltimore. I have planned many weddings for my friends and now getting exited to do my own!!

That is an awesome major!! I kind of regret not doing a Women and Gender Studies minor (or at least squeezing in a Women's Studies class!) but I have taken a lot of WGSX (Women, Gender and Sexuality) cross-listed classes :)

As for me, I'm an English major with a minor in educational studies graduating in December of this year! Eek! My fiance and I have been together for nearly 4 and 1/2 years, and have been engaged since January 2010. We're looking forward to getting married sometime in either 2013 or 2014 after he has gotten into the Marine Corps :)

I'm a health sciene major and have another 3 semesters to go. (I'll be a semester into being a super senior). We decided to wait until after I graduate to get married, since I am on a scholarship and need to be a dependent of my dad to get it and figued it may just be easier that way to not stress out over the wedding while still in school.

How funny. I'm a general Theatre major with no emphasis, but I'm looking at attending a makeup academy to further my education after graduation in May. I want to take a semester off so I can plan the wedding, get married, and honeymoon. Get it all out of the way in one go, you know?

I also find it funny that the OP and I have similar majors (differing on focus) and when the first post was made was the day I got engaged. Oh how the world works.
