We worked with Helene Piller of Hosanna Designs for our wedding at Stan Hywet.  She's not located in Akron, per se, but she had the best prices around and was willing to travel without charging a fee.  I live out of state, and she was really easy to work with via email and phone.  I highly recommend her.(330) 225-7163helene.piller@hosannadesigns.com

I am using Bonnie's Bloomers in Ravenna. She has been very easy to work with so far, is reasonably priced, and had great design. She works out of her house so her overhead is low. Also check out Seville Flower and Gift. They are in Seville which is just outside of Akron. They were reasonable and were a very close second choice for me as far as service and design. I also checked out Bloom in North Canton. Her design is great. She was a little pricier than the other florists I looked at though.

Check out www.platinumweddingsohio.com. This is my FIs cousins brother. He did my FIs sisters wedding last year. The flowers were beautiful. He will be doing my flowers for my wedding. He is willing to work with any budget. Let me know if you have any more questions!

We are using Sisters Flower Haus in Copley. Our quote came in around $1000 and that's for my bouquet, 2 BM bouqets, 7 bouts, FG pomander, corsages, centerpieces....we're getting quite a lot. Her deposit was pretty reasonable too. HTH!
