Thesis

I have been working on trying to propose my thesis for several weeks now. I have one of my co-mentors who just had a baby and the other travels all over south america and back and then two other committee members with opposing schedules. I have tried to schedule a time and it all keeps changing and it is making me nuts. How do you all deal with committee members who are driving you nuts before you even propose? I want to scream some days.
