Is anyone else having problems getting vendors to do business with you? It seems like once they find out we're in college, they kind of push us to the side. Now, saying that, I know we're not their only clients and I realize I can't be their priority all the time and they're busy. it's just frustrating because I would like to get these things booked and between school and work, I can't just take off and go during the week when it's convienent to them. It's been really, really difficult with catering. I don't understand. It just seems like, if I were a business owner, I would welcome people to give me their money, lol. I had a florist appointment at the first of the year and she wouldn't even tell me prices! That just seemed alittle weird to me. I don't think we conduct ourselves as silly or unreasonable. I'm just really confused and wondering if this is just my imagination or if this is happening to anyone else. I mean, my FI, usually the person who is the calmer out of us even said something to me about it. Any advice? Am I just freaking out and overreacting? I just feel like I'm really having to work harder than I should be with constant calls and e-mails just so they'll give me a proposal. It really freaks me out because I'm worried if they're this detached now, are they going to be the same way on our wedding day? Agh!
