Hello ladies... we're all students here, I'm assuming. FI and I are doctoral students.
I'm just wondering if anyone at your school has started treating you differently since you became engaged. It's so strange, but everyone here has been basically ostracizing me, not saying hi, ignoring me in the hallway, etc ever since we announced our engagement. At first I thought I was being overly sensitive, but FI noticed it too! I'm not sure why it's happening. I'm always friendly with everyone, make an effort to say hello, never brag about or ever talk about my wedding. I don't get it. Anyone else going through this?
