Getting Worried About Financial Situation Post Wedding

Hi ladies...
I'm an education major and I will be graduating the month of our wedding (12/22/12 is our date). FI graduated summer of 2010 with a political science degree. He's currently in the process of getting certified to become a teacher. He's working an "inbetween job" and making a crappy salary.

FI is planning on going back to school this summer or fall to get his Masters. He will have to take out some loans, I'm sure, but will qualify for some serious financial aid based on his income. He will continue to work his crappy job throughout school.

I'm getting so scared. We don't have that much money saved up. I'm not working. I really don't know how we're going to make ends meet once we are married. Graduating in December puts me at an awkward time to get hired as a teacher. I plan to work next summer and will do everything I can to get a "real" job, even if it's not a teaching job, after I graduate.

My parents are paying for the wedding so that's the least of my concern.

FI keeps telling me that we'll be okay and make it work.

Is anyone else concerned about their financial situation and the job market? FI's looked and looked for a better paying job but either doesn't qualify or is too qualified. UGH. I don't want to live off of our school loans/financial aid- but is that an option?

I guess this is just a big old vent. Thanks for letting me complain.
