OMG the nightmares have started

Anyone else having mixed school and wedding dreams/nightmares?  I recently got engaged (three weeks ago tonight!) and I've been trying to study for finals/lab practical finals and put together my PhD prospectus, plan of study, and prepare for my first committee meeting.  Circumstances are that we're looking and booking on our trip back up to my hometown area for Christmas, so we've been doing a lot of research online.

So here's where I need Freud to figure this out. 

I've been dreaming that my Committee is my wedding party...that I've been taking finals in my wedding dress, that I've COMPLETELY forgotten about a class I'm in because of the wedding and miss the final because of the wedding and honeymoon, and the insomnia has kicked in.  Anyone else been going through this?

I haven't had school and wedding dreams mix.
But i have been having nightmares about my wedding, which isn't until April, so I think it's still early for me to be worried about the small details that went wrong in my dreams.

I just haven't been sleeping well since finals are just around the corner and I have so many projects and papers due before then.

I wouldn't call them nightmares, exaclty, but I have been having weird wedding dreams.  I do have school nightmares sometimes, though they haven't been mixed with the wedding.  Maybe when candidacy exams and the wedding are closer, I'll be in the same boat as you.

I hope they get better soon. I'm sure you have a lot on your mind with the end of teh semester staring you in the face. I hope once your Winter Holidays are here you are able to relax and not have these mixed dreams!

I have nightmares about the mix too... can't wait til they're done!

okay well now I don't feel so bad. I recently had a dream that my photographer was late and I was running around, getting all sweaty, trying to find her. I still have 6 months to go. Too early for that!

I've been having those silly dreams too! Actually last night I had a dream that one of my bridesmaids refused to wear the dress we picked and wore sweats that day instead. I think the dreams are so funny! Don't let them bug you! Just enjoy the sillyness of them.
