In need of program template

Hi! I'm looking for a downloadable bifold program template. I've searched the internet and cannot find any sites that offer this. If you could help that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    I created a trifold one in word just by setting the page up landscape and under the page layout add columns and for bi fold you'd want two columns.  Do two of these files and print double sided to add a cover.  Maye that's not what you're talking about but hopefully that helps!  You can pretty much add anything the way you want it with text boxs etc.
