Thanks! I got them from etsy seller touchofpink.  Here's the link to her store:  http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=6959612It was a custom order, she was the most affordable of etsy sellers I found for this style.  And she sent me progress pics, so I was able to change up what I wanted.

If you have the time you could also make it yourself.  I made a skirt for my halloween costume last year.  It just takes a lot of time, cuz you have to tie on each peice of tulle.

Also, where did you get the box for your arras?  I've been looking for a nice box for my rings and that is a really cool box.

My grandma and mom picked it out.  They bought it in Mexico where my mom is from. I go to Tijuana regularly so I could see if they have anything similar and let you know.
