I agree with Pinklady.  It wasn't up my alley. I knew there was no way I could follow that lifestyle.  But, I think you're a vegan, right Shannon?  So, I think you would enjoy it.

Being vegan involves a lot of cooking and time checking ingredients but it's so rewarding.

I was not a very healthy vegan so I cant say that my experience was rewarding but I did like being vegetarian.

I have the skinny b*tch book. I read it all and tried to follow it. It only lasted a week. I still try to follow some of it, eating organic when possible, and none of the artifical sweetner and all that. But I couldn't cut out the meat completely, and DH wont even try tofu.Do you want me to send you the book, or if we have a GTG soon I can bring it?
