Work...

My main supervisor and myself have realized that my boss is not needed here more than part time.  She's on vacation this week so I've taken over for her and am doing her work (which is NOTHING, BTW).  The only thing I'm not doing is full on payroll.  I wonder what she does all day when she's here....

Picks on you and Shannon because she has nothing productive to do.

Sounds like a lie or she just isnt very good at her job and everything takes her twice as long to do

We walk in on her and most of the time she is sitting there staring out the window!  I know I'm on here a lot but I get crap done (eventually).  I just can't see how she can justify 8 hours plus OT daily.

I think your "main superbisor" needs to cut her hours or give her more work!

She's staring out the window, collecting her overtime while plotting what else she can do to the two of you.  I think you should post messages outside her window.  "If you stare long enough, it still won't make you a better supervisor""Is this why you need overtime? Because you stare out the window most of the day, before you actually start working?"
