Well, I was here then phone calls started with a lady mad at the situation and venting at me (no, not to me, at me) then I had to cut checks so people can get paid and leave me alone the rest of the day.  Here I am now....

Aren't they the greatest!  I had to call the lady back to tell her the insurance co. needs her to call them and she answered the phone with this huge annoyed sigh when I told her who it was.  LOL.Then before that it was a mortgage company swearing I didn't send them some paperwork.  Dude, I sent the check with the paperwork, you have the check which means you have the paperwork!  It's getting worse and worse to work with these mortgage companies.  People get  mad at me because their mortgage company has idiots working for them and can't find crap.  That's what happened with that one lady who chewed me out the other day.  Well, now she's starting to see the light that it wasn't me, it was them.

I have a guy who swears his skin cancer is gone cuz there is nothing showing on his forehead.I explained that no all we did was a biopsy and yes there is a proven skin cancer there.We'll he argued he doesnt want to get cut again so I said fine I will cancell your surgery please sign and return the certified letter I am sending you stating you are refusing treatment on your skin cancer. So the he says hes not refusing treatment but its just silly to cut on his skin since there is no skin cancer there. Look buddy did you got to med school and then on top of that study a specialty?! I just said fine call me back when you decide

I havent had one call at work all day today and only 2 emails. I think most of my clients took today off

I'm back I had a few hours of busy-ness and now its smooth until time for me to leave

LOL Syl!  Wow...he's def a winner!it's payday for the vendors as well and I always get the SAME dang people calling to know how much their check is...HELLO...what did you invoice us...that will tell ya!  Can you imagine asking your HR or boss every pay period how much you're getting paid?  Annoying.

We also have set days that we need invoices in by.  They all know this.  We have this one lady ALWAYS calling to see if she can sneak some more invoices in.  Sheesh.  We finally had to tell her NO!  We need time for approval by the PMs, etc.
