    Good job! What are you doing? Just watching what you eat or working out too? George and I started going to the gym a little over a month ago. So far I've only lost 1 pound but I'm pretty sure I've lost more in inches. My belly is going down a little bit. My leg muscles are getting body builderish looking though =/ Oh well, I've always had big thighs.

    I'm cutting down on calories...tons of calories.  I've lost 3 lbs this week.  I haven't been working out.  I was awhile ack and lost the first 5 lbs.  Somehow I've managed to keep that off.

    I think its a fertility one.. i clicked on it and it gave a bunch of charts about ovulating which confuses me lol
