    Hi MC nice to see you back!!! Well tomorrow I'm supposed to go bridesmaid dress shopping with my MOH. It should be fun!!! I also need to get to work on my invites!!!

    Hi MC!! I have a question for you but Ima send it to your FB :)haha that's funny! I always forget my camera everywhere we go too. :( I'm sure you'll have lots of fun! Current Projects: -Finishing last of the invites-Making Paper Flowers for Pomanders (almost done)-Working on Program wording and getting it approved by Priest this week. Checks:-Found groomsmen rental place-Finished my DIY cupcake stand and flags-Found outfit for my Halloween bachelorette party :)

    I actually have something to say on this matter!  I've been trying to make appointments to see 2 venues before I leave.  Both places, Crestmore Manor and Boulder Creek Ranch, were hard to get ahold of.  Let me say I am not impressed with customer service so far!  Crestmor Manor at least called me back, but they acted like I was bothering them to want to come see the place, not friendly at all.  I left a message with Boulder Creek and never heard back, so I've just been calling and calling.  Finally this morning I got ahold of someone. This is how the convo goes:Him: Hello?Me: Is this Boulder Creek Ranch?Him: Yeah (long pause)Me: I wanted to see about making an appointment?Him: For?Me: To see the ranch.Him: For?Me: Possibly my wedding.Him: Oh.  Let me give you the number for that.Um, if you are running a business, shouldn't you be a little more generous with information on the phone?  Sorry this turned into a long rant but that's what I'm working on at the moment.  I have a feeling planning this wedding is gonna be a b!tch.

    Ok so I just talked to the lady that handles weddings at Boulder Creek Ranch and she was much better!  I'm gonna call her later today to talk about what their pricing is.  So exciting to actually be doing something to move forward with the wedding!

    I hate when people are unprofessional when they answer the phone. So annoying.  You have to let us know how the meeting turns out (if you decided to check it out).

    We have our venue booked. Yea!!! We decided on Electra Cruises in the Newport Harbor. I am on the bride diet and I have lost 7 pound so far 5 more pound and I can go dress shopping. My mother in law has a friend of hers that owns a flower show in Chino that is going to do all our flowers so that is awesome and we booked out photogragher 2 weekds ago. He did a great job on our engagement pictures and his prices are beyond amazing!!!

    Congrats Sweetpea! Finding a venue is such a big deal. Calling around and getting crappy service always bothered me when planning my wedding so I know how you feel.
