what thing have you done for FI/DH on valentines day in the past? what are you planning on for this year??

we never really celebrate V day but this year i want too but have no clue what to do for him....

i bamboozled his room with vday stuff. tons of ballons, a happy vday banner, "i love you" in hersey kisses on his bed and i made a cd with our song copied over and over on it playing on repeat on his tv, plus a ton more. that was fun.

I always buy him new shoes LOL..(he looooves shoes)..we usually just go out to dinner and give eachother something nice...MIL always likes to ruin it thinking he owes her a present...So we usually do very low key...

shoes is a really good idea!!  FI needs new shoes right now anyway and I always struggle with what to do for him.  i get paid monday so this may work..

We hardly do anything for V day.  Our anniversary is 3 weeks before so it kinda gets overlooked.  I wanted to do something fun this year but its one week before his fight and he just wants to relax and get ready for it so maybe next year? LOL oh well

I don't know! I want to do something special this year too...
I typically do some corny homemade gift. Once I made him a heart shaped puzzle and hid each piece everyday leading up to Valentines Day. Each piece had a way he stole my heart written on the back. Another time I filled the living room with balloons that had coupons, reasons why I love him, confetti and other things inside of them...I'm a corn ball lol
