I had the worst experiences dealing with them. I went in there 3 times, and it never got any better.
Very frustrating to work with. I've spoken to the same person 3 different times, and each time I go in, she doesn't remember anything we've talked about even though we've emailed pictures, discussed ideas, and even made an appointment. Received different quote prices for the same thing as we've progressed - I had to point out that the... price was changing even though *we* hadn't changed a thing. Front desk person didn't have the answers to our questions, and had to keep running back to talk to someone who did, or called the owner.
Didn't have anything for us to try when we went in for an appointment even though we let them know we were beginning the process of picking out a wedding cake. Told we had to give them 7 day advance appointment - we made it 2 weeks before! Why else would we make an appointment???
I'm really disappointed that it's been such a difficult process. The cakes are great if you're walking in and just buying one off the shelf, but if you're trying to order a specific cake, it's like pulling teeth to get anything done.
If this is what I'm getting now, and I keep getting the runaround, what can I expect the day of my wedding? Very frustrating.
