Hey everyone.. does anyone have any recommendations for a taco bar or any kind of catering for a party?

The director at the Kimberly Crest banned the Taco Man from her vendor list because she said he makes a huge mess and will not clean up after himself. So I would just be careful with that. If you use him make sure you add something to the contract that says he will clean up. I know there are also alot of different taco guys so maybe find another one.

There is a guy that has amazing tacos at market night in Redlands and he does catering. He is also the cook at McDuffs so you know his food is yummy. They are a super nice family too.

We had gyros last thursday for dinner, but the normal gyro guy wasn't there.. so tacos tonight.

Mmmm...market night tacos. They are towards the top of State St on the right hand side. There are usually 2-3 taco stands and they are the one with the chairs on the left side of the tent right in front of the bank steps. Their carne asada tacos are our favorite but I have heard their burritos are good too.

I love the gyros at market night too. Which one is your favorite? The gyro place that has sausages too or the gyro only tent?

I have always wondered what GYRO's were...I just figured out what Falafel is and I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I usually eat falafels because I am mostly veggie and they are scrumptious.
I'm not sure which gyro place DH likes more.. it's the one that cooks the meat on a skewer and carves it off of there. Oh and they have fresh lemonade. I always say gyro really low because I feel like I am mispronouncing it
