30 Day Shred

I bought the DVD so on days I dont go to the gym I could get a small workout in. I started it off at Level 3 and wow it kicked my butt!! I think its a great DVD. i got it at Target for $10. If your looking for a workout DVD or havent tried it yet I would 100% recommend it!!

    did I mention I was dripping with sweat lol Im not that out of shape either I run 2 miles when I go to the gym

    I need to burn calories!!! When I run 2 miles I burn x amount of calories. When I do kickboxing or tae bo, I burn twice that! I really need to get that dvd!

    I have heard that is a great workout video. I know some of the girls that were on this board before used it to help look smokin on the big day and they loved it too. Now I want it :)

    I hear a lot of people love that DVD!  I'm scared to see what it's about.  I keep hearing how they get super sore.  My motivation is gone.  I was working out daily for awhile there but lost it during Xmas.  I think I'm losing weight due to stress right now.  I don't even have time to watch TV or read a normal book with how much school work I have.  I am beyond stressed.  So what type of workout is it?

    Its a full body workout and it is cycled with cardio. The thing that gets you is it is non stop for the 20min. My arms are KILLING me but I dont know if its from the video or if it was from my workout the day before.

    My friend at work has it she loves it she just gradauated from level 1 to level 2 :0)
    I have the P90X and I rarely use it I just need to get off my butt, I love my job but since Im in scrubs most of the week I dont notice the weight gain I really need to go shopping for some clothes.

    oOo I have heard the P90x is awesome but its a lot of work. With that you have to make all your foods like even the dressing you put on your salad... Which that is just way to much work for me.

    I have to kick it up with the workout thing! Staying motivated is the hardest part because I actually do like doing videos and cardio. 

    My favorite DVD's right now are TURBO JAM. soo funn and killer workout.

    LOL I try!! I figure if I pump other people up it helps me stay motivated :)
