how the whole full time / part time student thing works? I only need to have 6 units to get my students loans, but what about my financial aide? The classes conflict so much with my work hours the most I can take are 9 units. Im not getting financial aide this semester anyway, so should I even worry? Maybe I should just take the 6 and make it easy on myself, that way I dont have to got to norco and riverside campus... arrgghhh!!! I just don't want to get dinged somewhere for not having 12 units.

You must be enrolled in at least 6 units.  Your enrollment status (parttime or fulltime)  is what they base your financial aid and student loans off.  I don't know if there's a 3/4 time rule.  I do know if you are only part time you get less aid and loans than if you are full time. 

The amount of units you are taking is solely based on how you feel about it.  Can you handle the work load?  You have a new factor in your life that you have to consider as well (pregnancy).  Is taking a lighter course load worth having to possibly stay in school an extra quarter, etc.  There's a lot to think about.  :P

Oh and 9 units is not full time.  You must be enrolled in 12 to be considered fulltime.

yeah 12 is full time, but im just trying to weigh out my options. Hard work load now, or go to school longer... i duno

I am paying for slacking during the summers.  Because of it I have pushed my graduation back 1 to 2 quarters.
