Frustated with choosing venue...

Its so hard! Do you go with your head or your heart? The ones with great pricing had decoration we didnt love. Its also really hard for me to imagine what everything would look like with all the decor.  So far I've seen the following venues:

The Mitten Building (My favorite building, mid-priced)
Etiwanda Gardens (expensive, pretty, interiors a bit outdated, closest to home)
Wedgewood Indian Hills (Expensive, didn't like the interiors, highest service fee)
Angelo's and Vinci's Italian Restaurant (absolute best pricing and package, eccentric and heavy decor, far)
Imagine That (2nd best price but ugly exterior and cheesy interiors, second closest)

How do i decide???

I was thinking about going with Mitten Building... but when I started adding everything, up... I couldnt fit them in the budget. Its a very nice building though. Go with what makes most sense, dont waste all your money on one day, you still need to have money for your new family. After its all said and done, you will realize the things that you didnt have to spend money on. HTH

i would go w/ your heart and find a venue that you love...but of course, set a realistic budget.  I would rule out the venues that you hate...I mean if you are not loving it now, how could you get marry there?

I LOVE the Mitten Building the only thing that is holding me back from booking it is that you have to walk through the reception space to get to the ceremony... maybe I'm too picky but I'm a little traditional and wanted to save the viewing of the reception till after the ceremony. There are so many options to make that place look stunning!

My best friend had her reception at the MB. Very nice place but you could hear the music and people from the bar next door, they are attached. Just make sure your music is louder and you are having more fun! ; )
