Glad I took a break, I figured a lot of things out!

OK...
First major change is my date, July 1st. The reason for this was because March is smack dab in the middle of my last semester and I dont want to not graduate because of my wedding.

I decided to do drinks, cake, and the candy buffet instead of dinner because I'm not sacrificing my honeymoon for food. Nope not happining!

I'm inviting the 100 people that I'm "paying for". The reason why I was doing only 50 before was because I could only afford food for 50 people, but I was allowed 100. So now since there is no dinner, I can have the 100 people.

I feel so much better. AhhhSmile

Glad you were able to figure it out.  What time are you planning to have the reception?  Depending on the time you may want to serve hor'deourves (spelling?) as well.  If you have your reception during a regular mealtime such as 5pm (dinner) then people are going to expect meals.  I went to a 5pm reception once where it was just hor'deourves and cake.  I was expecting a meal so I didn't eat.  I was not exactly a happy camper when there was not really any food to eat.  I was one hungry guest.

If you do just a cake reception make sure you note it on the invitation so people are aware and know to eat beforehand.  Just an FYI.

Yeah thanks Kasi. I intend on putting that important info on the invite so that the guests know to eat before they get there.
