How does the private message feature work? Ive never used it. . .

You can also check your PM's by clicking on Private Messages on the left hand side of your screen

oh ok I left someone a pm yesterday on the trash to treasure board and I wasnt sure if they had to be online, or if theyd see it the next time they logged in?

It's best to page them on the site they normally post or where you saw their post and tell them you PM'd them.
