I noticed a few new names...

Hi my name is Desiray, My wedding is on March 25, 2011. Our wedding will be a The Mitten Building in Redlands. So far I have reserved my venue, got my dress, and my dj.

I have knida moved on to the nest board for IE with Kasi, JoJo, and HC cause it got slow around here...but I still come and lurk. Nice to see new faces!

I am getting married May 2011. I have started hanging out here a little more. I think I may head over to the nest so I can chat with more IE ladies! Everone on this board is so friendly. It's a nice break from some of the other big boards.

Hello ladies! I have to agree with everyone that everyone here seems so nice! I am very excited to say that I booked my venue today and it is truly going to be my dream wedding! My FI and I are getting married 09/24/11. We are getting married at Lake Oak Meadows in Temecula. I can't believe I have to wait a whole year and 4 months till the big day! But since the venue is the only thing I have done, I guess I still have quite a bit to do.

I see you guys mentioning the nest. Is that similar to this site?

The Nest is a sister site to the Knot. When you are on the knot home page at the top there are tabs for The Nest and The Bump.  I am not married yet but I like to go over to the Nest to see what's coming.  Plus your posts on The Knot don't count on The Nest so I am trying to build some posts for street credit .

Hi ladies,

My name is Tanya and me and my FI are getting married June 12 of this year so we are almost there!  Our reception will be at the Marriott in Riverside and our reception is going to be at the Redlands Heritage Hall.  I'm down to my last decor stuff which i love to do so i'm super excited!  To be honest, I barely started going on here the past 2 months maybe but I love chatting with other brides!

I'm Kasi.  I've been here for awhile...since 2007.  I got married in Sept 2008 at Arrowhead Country Club in San Berdookey.  I obviously don't have wedding things to talk about for myself but I respond to others who have questions, etc.  I'm on here off and on but I'm mostly on The Nest. 

Nice to see more people around.  Post post post!  This place has been dead for awhile.  It needs some life again.

I've recently started to post a bit after lurking around for a while. My name is Jenny and my wedding date was planned for March 27, 2010 but yesterday my FI and I decided to move it to May 2011, no date yet. We are still looking for a venue but am excited to see the ideas, recommendations and input you ladies have. I've been looking around at the nest but didn't know you can post there before getting married.

I haven't been here for as long as Kasi, although it's been quite a few years. I'm planning my second wedding, from Colorado, in Riverside, Ca. We are getting married in August and the time seems to be flying by!
We are doing a Spanish/Vintage 'theme'.
