i heard you can get it done at party plus or one of those places as well.

You can make one using Photoshop. I used the brush toll and downloaded free brushes to make mine.

Yeah, you can make your own on photoshop. That is what I did as well. It took me a little while to make it acutally look good. I still play around on it all the time

You can download a free trial of photoshop for 30 days or something like.
