My son went to Indonesia to meet all of his new wife's relatives. He apparently got either dengue (also known as "bone-break fever") or malaria practically the moment he got off the plane. As of last night, they were running tests to figure out which one it was. Neither one sounded remotely like a fun choice.
In last night's post, he said they would have results "today" Indonesian time, which meant this morning EDT. However, there has been no further word. Obviously, I can't just drop by his hospital room to find out what is going on. So I'm quietly going nutso!
