Just curious what others in our age group are doing. I resisted for ages, but finally signed up last fall. I rarely post, but I've found it really helpful in knowing when DH has a gig (he's a musician and not that good about passing on info to me). It's also been good to know about parties, events, etc. in his crowd -- again, he's not that great about telling me things like that till the day of and I'd prefer to know earlier than that!
Beyond that, seems like most of my "friends" are people I went to high school with, who I really don't care about anyway, or real friends who I talk to regularly anyway, though I do like to see pictures that people post.
So, it's not a huge force in my life, but I'm happy I'm on it. How about you?
