I'm looking for someone in the Northwestern 'burbs of Chicago to help me with a bridesmaid dress. I have a long dress and want to have it cut down to tea or cocktail length (need help with that decision).
Any recommendations for someone out this way?

AND since I trust you ladies I could use some help with determining the length it should be cut down to:
