Grrr! Part of my current job has me doing casework, helping people w/issues w/the feds. I've managed caseworkers in the past but now I have a 26 yo who gets to tell me how to do it and who has never supervised anyone before or done any caasework. Just got a very condecending email from him telling me how to talk to someone. WTF?!?!
I really hate being talked down to by anyone, let alone someone who doesn't know the job. I'm just so pissed right now I feel like saying f-it and walking out! Just wish I could....
But deep breaths, think about this afternoon and getting the marriage license and remembering this is only my current job, not my life. Breathe in and out.....
