Sounds lovely, I have yet to see a photo though. And she may choose meringue for the church wedding--no idea how that will go.
But the other thing that cracks me up about this is that I've seen a lot of people at TK criticize a civil ceremony followed by a big church wedding or reception with all the trimmings. Yeah, but it's good enough for royals....
