Bouquet ideas for Jenny Packham Luna- help please!

I am having a destination wedding where we're using predominantly white flowers with some peacock feathers thrown in for a bit of colour... Ideally we are aiming to use orchids as they are widely available.

I have no idea what to choose for my bouquet as the Luna is so embellished!! Help please for this panicked Bride-to-be!

The blue and green seems to echo the peacock accents.  Blue flowers are tough--delphinium, veronica, blue lupines, blue orchids.

Much depends, I know, on what is available.

What does your florist suggest?  S/He would be the best person to know what is seasonably available.  And if you don't have a local florist you can work with, call around and find someone who is willing to spend a little time with you on this issue.  It may cost you a little bit of money to have him consult with you, but it would be money well spent, IMHO.
