Neck wrinkles

Hello~ I an a 42 year old bride. I am freaking out about the wrinkles on my neck. They just started to sag and I want to know the best way to hide them. I thought about a high neck wedding gown like a lace halter that starts around the neck and goes down like a triangle towards the armpit area of the dress


but I realized that anything I put around my neck just adds to the wrinkles. They spill over due to how thin he skin is. Even if it's not tight. Soneone told me a good make up artist could tape my skin up and hide the tape under my hair. Has anyone ever heard of or done that? Any suggestions or success stories would be greatly appriciated. Thx.
