I need to slightly vent/complain. The University Club is a pretty well known club in the Jacksonville area. Stacey the event coordinator for the club is very sweet, but she is just not together. She is always making mistakes and just puts stuff on my function sheet she thinks will be good. For instance we are having a late night snack of mini cheeseburgers and she takes it upon herself to say 3 cheeseburgers per person and is going to charge me for that. There is no way with all the food we are serving and the cake that someone is going to eat three cheeseburgers. She just adds stuff to it without telling me so if i didnt check it over good I would be charged for all sorts of stuff and then forgets other important stuff like at our first food tasting she forgot to put stuff on the menu, so we had to go back. I mean I am slightly getting annoyed. If I didnt have my D.O.C to make sure everything is going right I would be beyond stressed. I just wish I could have Stacey's job. I would love to plan events and not be as spacey as she is. Ok thats the end of my rant. On a good note, my canvas from my photographer came in the mail today of one of our engagement pictures and it looks awesome. I was beyond thrilled when I got it so that made my day a little better.
