Let's Talk Menus

FI and I are trying to work on our menu a bit.  We are having trouble coming up with ideas for appetizers.  Here is what we have so far:1. Seared sesame tuna bites2. Cocktail shrimp (a must for his side of the fam)3. Mini empanadasWhat are you ladies doing? I could really use some inspiration!

Kappa- I was thinking fruit & cheese display, too.  FI isn't wild about the idea (he is not a big cheese fan which boggles the mind), but I've always thought it was a crowd pleaser.

How do you not like cheese? We're not having apps, we're going literally from our ceremony site through a door to the reception site and the party is going to start then. We are planning to have popcord on the tables so I guess that would serve as an app.

How is it possible for someone not to like cheeeeese?!  haha  I think the display went over pretty well.  Our menu had a lot of meat on it so we needed at least one (somewhat) healthy option lol.
