Wedding Cake - Destin/Ft. Walton area

I am from Mississippi but we are getting married in Destin in May. I found this bakery in Pensacola called Sugar Topped Creations. Has anyone hired her? All I have to go by are the pictures on her website, which by the way are awesome, but I just want to know if she is worth it. Let me know! Kristen

    Hello! I'm in Pensacola but I haven't heard of them. I'm using The Cake Shop, they're amazing. Good luck with your search!

    hey. I hired sugar topped for my cake. My wedding is in a few weeks so i can give you feedback after that. Since i live in germany i have only communicated with her via email. We will have our tasting a week before the wedding. Again, i will let you know
    A happy newlywed...now time to start a family!

    Hello again,
    Well, I got married a few days ago and am able to give you information about Sugar Topped Creations.  It was great working with Christine Thompson...the designer of the cakes.  
    She was very patient with me when trying to figure out the design for my cake. 

    She specializes in fondant cakes, but works with buttercream as well.  I ordered the fondant and it was extremely tasty (the texture though is a bit different).

    She made me a BEAUTIFUL and DELICIOUS cake!!!   There were many compliments on the cake. 

    If you are able to, make a cake tasting appointment and talk with Christine.  You won't be disappointed!
