Place to get dressed steamed before wedding

Hey,I am flying into FWB on 19 Nov and getting married on 28 Nov.  I have a Taffeta gown that needs to be steamed before the big day.  Anybody know of a great place to get my dress wrinkle free before the wedding or have any great ideas. Definitely don't want to be a rumbled bride!

I don't know, I had mine steamed at DB.  Have you looked at the price of a small steamer?  It might be cheaper to buy one.

I will have to wait until I get to the states to look at a small steamer.  Knowing my luck, though, I would probably ruin the dress!!!!I will keep searching on-line...hopefully I will find something or someone else will have a suggestion.Good luck on your big day Jodi!!!!  I am so excited for you.  I can't wait to hear the details!

I have looked on-line, but can't seem to find what I am looking for (a place in the FWB / PNS area).Also, after reading DIY, I am not sure I am comfortable with doing it myself.No one else has used a place, besides DB, to get their dress steamed?I can ask, but I am not sure if DB will steam my dress since I did not purchase it from there.Any suggestions would be helpful...the big day is right around the corner!!!  YIPPEEE

obiang-- this may sound stupid but have you called around to dry cleaners? I had to have my dress shipped down to florida (we live in boston) and a local dry cleaner did it for us. I wouldnt recommend trying to do it yourself...

mallowcat,I have not called anyone yet, I will have to do that when I get to the states.  I have looked on the internet...but hasn't been much help.I only have a week once I arrive in Florida...so I was hoping not to waste too much time looking...being that maybe someone on here has a good recommendation for me.Yeah, I definitely don't want to do it myself!!!!
