Overnight wedding for 40 or so people?

My fiancé and I are both having our second wedding and we really just want to do a simple ceremony and then spend time with friends and family. I don't care about any of the traditional things people do at receptions. Does anyone know of any places in florida where I could rent out a place for about 40 people to stay overnight?

    Have you checked out Club Continental/Winterbourne Inn?? Not sure what there overnight capacity is. Or any hotel would be good - Hyatt, Omni, Marriot.. Depends on your budget.

    You could rent a house or two in the destin area. We were going to do this but its a little out of our tiny budget haha. Check on VRBO, the one house I know sleeps 22 but there are other houses nearby that rent too. Then you can have whoever you want to cater it.
