I think she means the actual company "First Coast DJ's."

Sorry, I don't. I'm using Stephen Paul w/Beyond Sight and Sound. He was very reasonable and was a rec from a previous knottie that used him.

I am looking into First Coast DJ's also. I don't know much about them including their prices, but I have emailed them asking about that info. If you have any info I'd love to know! Thanks! Also, are you a nurse at shands at uf?

Hi ladies,

I have booked first coast dj's for my wedding in March. I have to say that they haven't been very professional so far but they are so much cheaper compared to other quotes I got. I had a meeting scheduled with Michelle and when I called her on the day of the meeting, she never answered. We eventually talked on the phone and I felt better about them. She even told me she would help with some day of coordination. Now, I sent my deposit in weeks ago and she's telling me she never recieved it....hopefully its a mail issue.  I read a knot review about how they were not at all cheesy, which was important to me. I am hoping they live up to their promises.

Has anyone else had any issues like this?

I am using first coast DJ's for my wedding in March as well. So far they have been great.  They are a husband and wife team and both of them DJ all their weddings together. I believe it is $500 for 4 hours which is a pretty unbelievable price! I have been emailing Michelle about going and watching them DJ another wedding coming up just to get an idea of their style but haven't been able to work out a date yet. I will let you know when I know more. But so far they seem great for the money!
