Do you need a permit for Neptune Beach?

   We are planning to have a quick 30 minutes beach ceremony on November 4th this year, I know on Amilea Island you don't need a permit what about the otehr beaches like Neptune or Ponte Vedra?

    Im not sure. I think your best bet would be to call the City of Neptune beach and ask. Its not worth the risk to find out that you do and you were not prepared.
