Venue Help-Destin Area-Beach House or Bed in breakfast

HELP! We are having issues finding a perfect venue. My fiance and I are looking for a house to rent, or a bed and breakfast that is directly on the beach, where we can hold a wedding ceremony on the beach, then afterwards, hold a wedding reception for 40 ppl (of of which are children). We would need to be able to set up 5-6 round tables for dinner, preferably around a pool area or outdoor area that is not directly on the beach, but overlooks the beach and ocean.  Also, we would love a place where noise would not be an issue, or have a reasonable noise curfew. We would love an intimate wedding, where many of our closest family and friends can stay at the house with us!

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

It's expensive, but Henderson Park Inn. Or maybe Emerald Grande, but that's a hotel and may not be the vibe you want.

I agree that Henderson Park Inn would really fit your criteria but when we started looking at it, the price added up fast but it is doable depending on your budget. Also, look for places out in Santa Rosa Beach, they have both venue and B&B selections!

Also if you can afford them: WaterColor or Village of Baytowne Wharf.

If you're looking for a coordinator to help with suggestions you can contact Jennifer at RSVP Destin she was very helpful with ideas for me.  Also, the  Highlands House is a cut B& B but not directly on the beach, would still be a cute place to stay. I will try to think of other places.

If you don't mind helping my friends out and voting for them at this link I would appreciate it:

Does anyone know how much Henderson Park Inn actually charges for ceremony and reception fee?

I've booked the Pearly white properties in Seagrove Beach for next april.  We are expecting 30-40 people for a destination wedding.  All my guests will be traveling from different areas.  So I wanted a fun weekend that we could all stay together.   When I found this website i was so excited because I was starting to think I wouldn't find what I was looking for. Karen Bennett with Pearly White properties is awesome.   You have to rent both the Above it All and the Triple Crown houses. They include a security guard the day of your event, to help with directing traffic.  There is plenty of parking for both houses.  You get the Lawn that would be great for a catered party.  There are 2 swimming pools and  Private walkway to the beach.   The Triple Crowne house can sleep up to 30 people (we are not maxing it out).  Its divided into private units.  So its great for families to feel like they have their own place, but everyone is still together.  The Above it All can sleep up to 20 people and has a roof top deck with amazing views.  Great for a more casual gathering.   We have decided to have dinner at a restaurant nearby (Cafe Thirty A).  But the lawn has been used for different sized receptions.   We are having our Friday night rehearsal dinner on the lawn.  We're doing Shrimp/Crawfish boil with Jimmy Buffet style music.   We will be having our beach ceremony on the beach in front of the properties.   Rebekkah with Coast Beach Wedding will be doing the ceremony.
