Need advice for custom made wedding dress

Does anyone know of a place in the Tampa area (or within a couple hour driving distance) where I can get my wedding dress made?

    Well if you want to come all the way up to Jacksonville, Martha Shump is a popular seamstress here (I used her for my dress), and she's also a wedding gown designer.  She told me that some of her designs have been featured in national magazines so it might be worth talking to her.  I posted her phone number a few posts back.
