I'm really losing it...

There is way too much going.  On my way to work I remembered something I needed that I was like oh well I'm going to have to go get that at lunch.  Well lunch is coming up and I can't for the life of me remember what I forgot.  How do you forget what you forgot?????!?!?!?  I didn't sleep well last night.  I found out a good from high school died when her car ended up in a retention pond.  She had a great life....newly married to her rekindled high school sweetheart...a 4 year old daughter and a 3 year old step son....a great supportive family.  She was content with her life and then BAM it's over.  It really hit me HARD!  Live each day to the fullest and tell everyone you care about that you love them!  I'm having a hard time concentrating.  

On a good note I called the place we are getting the invitations from and they will be ready at the end of the week or at least early next week.  I have my dress fitting tomorrow.  I haven't even seen my dress in months (FMIL has been taking care of it so that FI doesn't take any peeks).  Sunday I get to see my mom in St. Augustine and she is doing the tasting with me.  

I'm still struggling to figure out what I forgot.....AHHHHHHH

I'm constantly doing the exact same thing. It's hard because we're all planning this big wonderful day, but then real life gets in the way. I'm really sorry about your friend. I currently have two family members going through cancer treatment so that tends to distract me and creep in rather often. It's not the same as a death, but I do understand how difficult it is.

Yay for your dress! Try and focus on the good stuff!

I did figure out what I was missing and went home for lunch.  It was a bit more relaxing than at work so that was nice.

I do that too and hate when it happnes, glad you remembered what you forgot you forgot.  ; D  Of course my fi would say don't sweat the small stuff but how can you do that if you don't remember if it was small...  lol

Sorry about your friend. I just found out about a friend who passed 3 years ago. Similar story so tragic makes you realize how fragile life is and how precious.
