I need catering and photography advice for my pensacola beach budget!

Okay so we've booked the Dolphin house on pensacola beach for the wedding so now I need to start looking into affordable photography and caterers. I really don't want to spend a lot on pictures and as for food. I wanted to do a simple meal and I don't want to spend 2,000 on as few of people as i have. There is only going to be about 50 guests. Any suggestion??

    These things saved me money on my contract: use disposables instead of china Have a buffet instead of plated meal. Some wedding caterers have menus that can be shortened do you really need four meat options and two pasta options on one buffet? Having my wedding on a Sunday has also saved me tons. Eta: apologies for the unreadability of this. Posting from my smart phone stinks.

    I am using Davino's Catering out of Jacksonville. I can't recommend or not recommend them yet, but I do plan on giving full reviews of all of the vendors I use in June of this year.

    I found a chef to cater my wedding for $18 per person.  It is a bufet and includes drinks.

    Holly Gardner Photography.  She is in Panama City Beach-she did our e-pix.  I'm not sure on her prices for weddings but she's amazing!

    I used culinary productions- they were the most reasonably priced I found for the Pensacola area.  http://www.culinaryproductions.net/

    I used Kate's Captures and she did an amazing job!!


    Morning Star Catering - beautiful buffet at $18 per person.

    I used Culinary Productions & they were great at meeting my budget and coming up with something perfect!! The food was wonderful & they provided a bartender linens etc... Worth every penny!! 

    Mirabel Photography was our photographers a super sweet husband & wife team!

    Hey! I'm getting married at the Dolphin House too :) I strongly recommend Apple Market in Pensacola on Scenic Hwy, they are doing our catering buffet style and they are amazing. Food is delicious and not pricy at all, and they are super easy to work with. We are using disposable dinnerware, go to www.smartyhadaparty.com. Easy peasy :)

    Apple Market had the best pricing when I was looking, but we went with Nancy's Haute Affairs. My reception is at the Mustin Beach Club on NAS Pensacola and we only had 4 caterers to choose from.
