Zappos hands down has the best service, IMO. I had an event and realized the Sunday night before I needed shoes but spent all day looking. Ordered super cute shoes from Zappos 10:30pm Sunday night. The shoes were at my house 11:10am Tuesday morning. They were a 1/2 size too small. I sent an email, Zappos immediately sent me a return slip to mail my shoes back free of charge. They arranged for UPS to pick them up that afternoon 4:30pm. I had my new shoes that fit perfect on my doorstep 10:30am Wednesday. I was not charged for return shiiping or shipping of second pair only the original cost of shoes and regular shipping. Since then I have bought lots of shoes from them. I look at other sites but always go back to them because of selection, price and proven service.

I should get commission but IT's Just TRUE!

zappos is definitely the way to go if you want a HUGE variety of shoes. However,  I have gotten my wedding shoes from www.myglassslipper.com They just do wedding shoes.  They've got most shoes that can be dyed too.
