I decided to make tears of joy packets for the wedding because they're cheap and I think at least a few people wil appreciate them. 

I'm going to put 2 tissues in each packet, but I'm not sure how many packets to make.  We're inviting 100 people.

    i'd say somewhere between 50 to 60. you will have lots left over. my friend did that and made one for everything guests and she had a ridiculous amount left over
