Has anyone used United Rent-All in Jax?

After getting quotes for our tent, chairs, PA, etc., the United Rent-All price was the best, but the only review I've found online from a year ago was negative.  Would love to hear from anyone who has used them more recently.

We used them for our 4/10/10 wedding. I had a great experience with them. the owner got back with me really quickly and provided multiple quotes when I was trying to figure out exactly what we wanted and could afford. I had 2 different people paying for the tents and chairs, and UR had no problem separating the bills and handling the invoicing.

They delivered on a Friday (day before the wedding), arrived on time and set up the tents. We were first on the list because of where we had the wedding (around 209 and 17 in Green Cove Springs). The guys were really nice and we weren't billed until the day of. They came back that Sunday and took about 2 hours to break everything down.

If it's a weekend, they do require a Friday dropoff and Monday pickup, unless you're at a private residence and they can arrange a Sunday pickup. Also, since they are smaller than other companies around, it's best to reserve your rentals early. But other than that I would definitely recommend them. The tents and chairs looked great. We didn't use any of the tables, chair covers, etc, but I did see a bunch of stuff in their truck for later deliveries and it all looked pretty nice.
