Reception Timeline

Ok so as you all know we are having a brunch reception. Well I just got a rather annoying email from my photographer. Essentially his wedding after us was moved up some and so he wants to leave a little earlier. Whatever I am dealing with it, looking at our contract, etc. However, it did get me thinking about the timeline of our day.
How does this sound to yall?
Photographer arrives at 8:30am (waiting on Mom to check contract to verify this)-First look, bridal party photos
Ceremony at 10:30 am
Cocktail Hour (Half Hour) at 11
Here is my one thought, there really isnt a huge reason for this to be extensive timewise, as we are just serving drinks and mingling. Would 15-30 minutes be ok?
Entrance, First Dance, Father-daughter, Mother-son dances-11:30
Toasts- 11:50
Eat- 12
Start dancing 12:45
Cake cutting 1:20
More dancing
Bouquet toss- 1:45
Leave-1:55

How does that sound? Its a brunch reception so I know there wont be a ton of dancing, although we will have mimosas and bloody marys so that may encourage the dancing a bit more.

The cocktail hour is normally when you take pictures, so if you're taking pictures after the ceremony, you're probably going to want the cocktail hour to be about an hour.

We are doing first look pictures and bridal party pictures before the ceremony. We are planning on only doing family pictures after the ceremony.

Oh, than I think 30 minutes should be enough.
