Destin Hotel For Reception!

I am planning a wedding in Destin, Florida.  The wedding and reception will take place on the Sunquest Cruise.  I need a NICE hotel with a ballroom to do a more formal reception and to house my guest.  My travel agent turned out to be a waste of time.  I am needing something like YESTERDAY!  Any suggestions are appreciated.

    I'm getting married on the Sunquest cruise tooooo!! But we will be having the reception onboard too since we have so many relatives from out of town, I don't want them driving so many places to party.   The Emerald Grand of beautiful!   It would be good to be at the Emerald Grand since harborwalk village is right there and after the recpetion, your guests can go party at the bars downstairs.   :)   The Hilton of Sandestin is right across the street from Baytowne so that hopefully where we will stay.
