Most of those places are best for smaller weddings, but here are a few off the top of my head (locations all over NEO):
Conrad Botzum Farmsted, Hale Farm, Maize Valley Winery, John Christ Winery, Sarah's Winery Vineyard, Wolf Creek Winery, Great Lodge at Happy Days (in the CVNP, Peninsula), Chalet in the Cleve. Metroparks, Orchard Hills at Patterson Fruit Farm.. Mapleside Farm has a banquet room in their restaurant, but the grounds are an apple orchard.

There are wineries in Geneva you can have weddings at.  I went to one at Debonne that was really nice.  Only thing was they only let you serve their wine (so no beer... just wine).  Ferrante is a big one up there too that I'm sure would host events.  There is the cutest little chapel turned winery called South River Vineyard.  They should all have sites online that should be helpful.

There are a lot of good ones suggested by PP posters!

How far are you willing to go? there are some great options as well down between Wooster and Mansfield
    Quailcrest Farms - Wooster
Landoll's Castle -Loudonville (I had my fall wedding here)

East side - Orchard Hills at Patterson Fruit Farm

We are having our reception at Buffalo Creek Retreat in Seville/Wadsworth area. Seats 240.. and the cost to rent the place for Fri-Sun is around $1500. You have to bring in all your own food/alcohol. Tables & Chairs provided.. great place. You have to go thru the medina county parks website.
